lorry that was contracted out mainly to A.J.Whittemore Ltd. It
is possible that Whittemore also had part ownership of the vehicle.
The Bedford truck was the subject of disputes involving the Company
and H.T. Armstrong. Plenty of copy over months for the 'Croydon
Times'. H.T. Armstrong's office was in the Terminal Building
on the right in the main area next to W.H. Smith bookstall. |
